American Limousine Service Agreement

Rental of Limousine is with full acknowledgement and agreement of the following terms and conditions:

American Limousines require a major credit card to process online reservations.

All online reservations must be made at least 72 hours prior to the pickup time. For shorter notices please contact our office on (09) 270 8000.

Airport Pickups

Additional charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights. Charges for every 15 minutes of delay is $100.00. A surcharge from $100.00 will be applied to any trips outside the CBD area. Charges for every additional 15 minutes beyond the booked original period is $100.00 and will require agreed terms of payment by the driver to continue the service.

Alcohol and Smoking Policy

Alcohol will not be consumed by any passengers under the age of 18. If this is found, the hiring of our services will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given. American Limousines, by law, is not permitted to provide any alcohol beverages to our clients, even those of legal age. Smoking of any substance will not be permitted in any of our limousines.

Damage and Conduct

Clients and renters are responsible for their guests and any damage to the interior or equipment of the vehicle. This includes, but is not limited to: gum, any liquid spillage including drinks, vomiting, and breakage of lights, televisions, VCR, radio, or CD/DVD player. Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of $250.00. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. American Limousines reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation. In such cases, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.

Personal Items

While we are happy to let you bring personal items such as CDs or other belongings, we do not take responsibility for items left in the vehicle during or after the rental period.

Delays and Responsibility

American Limousines shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pickup/drop-off information, or any situation beyond our control.

Contract Validity

If any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions shall remain in full force. For minors under 18 years, a parent or legal guardian must sign this agreement.

Booking and Rates

All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The balance is due 14 days before the booked date.

Refund Policy

If you have reserved a limousine, please note that your full payment is non-refundable, but it can be transferred to another date if arranged with the company at least 30 days before the booking. The new booking must be used within one year, with an additional cost of $190 per hour.

Payment Policy

  • Credit Cards: VISA or MasterCard accepted. Fees of 3.5% apply. Convenient for deposits or balances paid less than 14 working days before booking.
  • Direct Deposit: Must be received at least 14 working days prior to your booking.

Substitution Policy

American Limousines reserves the right to substitute the limousine or its color at its discretion.

In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.

Personal Items

While we are happy to let you bring personal items such as CDs, and other various items we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.

Additional charges may incur for waiting time for arriving flights. Charges for every 15 minutes of delay is $100.00. A surcharge from $100.00 will be applied to any trips outside CBD area. Charges for every additional 15 minutes beyond the booked original period is $100.00 and will require agreed terms of payment by the driver to continue the service.

Alcohol and Smoking Policy

Alcohol will NOT be consumed by any passengers under the age of 18. If this is found, the hiring of our services will be terminated immediately and no refund will be given. American Limousines, by law, is not permitted to provide any alcohol beverages to our clients, even those of legal age. Smoking of any substance will not be permitted in any of our limousines.

Damage and Conduct

Clients and renters are responsible for their guests, for any damage to the interior and equipment of the vehicle. This includes but is not limited to: gum, any liquid spillage including drinks, vomiting, breakage of lights, televisions, VCR, radio, CD/DVD player. Repair and replacement of items shall have a minimum charge of $250.00. All passengers agree to behave in an orderly and well-behaved manner. American Limousines reserves the right to expel any person from the vehicle and/or terminate this contract in the event of a violation of any of these conditions by any passenger. In the event of such early termination, no portion of the rental fees shall be refunded.

Personal Items

While we are happy to let you bring personal items such as CDs and other belongings, we do not take any responsibility for items that are left in the vehicle during or after completion of the limousine rental period.

Delays and Responsibility

American Limousine shall not be held responsible for late arrival caused by acts of nature, traffic delays, breakdown, incorrect pick up/drop off information, or any situation beyond our control.

Contract Validity

In the event any part of this contract is declared unenforceable, the remaining provisions of this agreement shall remain in full force and effect. If the limousine rental is for a minor under the age of 18, this agreement must be signed by either a parent or legal guardian over the age of 18.

Booking and Rates

All vehicles are quoted subject to availability at the time of booking. Rates are subject to change without notice. A deposit of 50% of the total amount is required at the time of booking and is non-refundable. The balance is due a full 14 days before the booked date.

Refund Policy

If you have reserved the limousine, please keep in mind that your full payment is NON-REFUNDABLE, but it is transferable to another date if you have made arrangements with the company 30 days before the booking date. You must use it within one year of the date that you originally booked the limousine, but there is an additional cost of $200 per hour.

Payment Policy

  • Personal Cheques: We don’t accept cheques.
  • Credit Cards: Convenient way to pay deposits and balances. VISA or MasterCard accepted, 3.5% fee applies.
  • Direct Deposit: Must be received at a minimum of 14 working days prior to booking.
  • Cash: Accepted for deposit or balance by appointment at our office.

Substitution Policy

American Limousines reserves the right to substitute the limousine or the color of the vehicle at its own discretion.

Agreement

I agree to the terms and conditions of the agreement. I declare that I am over the age of 18 and I sign with full agreement and understanding of the terms and conditions described above. I accept full responsibility for other persons in my party.
